Specialists of the UTG company, as leading experts in the real estate market of Ukraine, are always invited to participate in the work of many specialized institutions of the country. This time, the head of the company’s legal department, Dmytro Umanets, joined a separate legal committee, in which only SEC lawyers who are members of the Malls Club participate.

Malls Club as a professional community unites top managers of shopping centers to share experiences. That is why the Club is now creating a legal committee, the work of which will include communication and exchange of experience between lawyers of Ukrainian SECs, and coordination of a consolidated legal position on common issues for the industry, where the Malls Club will act as a communicator with state authorities. According to the organizers, the creation of such a Committee will allow prompt response to today’s challenges.

The first online meeting of lawyers is planned for the beginning of November, where decisions on the termination of notarized contracts and the signing of additional agreements to notarized contracts will be discussed when the notary who certified it is not available.
