By the end of this year, a shopping center will open in the historical center of the city of Izmail. The new shopping center with a total area of ​​2,500 square meters has 2 levels. The construction of the shopping center is completely finished, internal works are being carried out at the facility. The UTG company is engaged in filling the shopping center as an exclusive broker. One of the main features of the shopping center is its location in the very “heart” of Izmail on Independence Avenue. Thanks to its location in the most prestigious area of ​​the city, surrounded by important historical monuments, city institutions, restaurants, hotels and cozy parks, the shopping center will satisfy the city’s needs for quality infrastructure.

Among the anchor tenants of the shopping center: a food supermarket with an area of ​​more than 600 square meters, clothing and shoe stores, a cafe, a pharmacy and stores of impulse goods. After Ukraine’s victory in the war, the new shopping center will become a place where you can comfortably conduct business negotiations and meet friends, as well as take a walk with the whole family, making joint purchases or strolling through cozy places of the picturesque city.

According to the Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG) director, Evgenia Loktionova, the most promising trend for the growth of commercial real estate in the country is small shopping centers located in regional and district centers. “Before the war, about 80,000 people lived in Izmail, but now the number of residents is about 250,000. The city has a port, and this agglomeration has good prospects for development. Therefore, the city needs new shopping centers that would be able to satisfy all the needs of the population. And the new shopping center is the first object that the developer will open in the city of Izmail,” the manager notes.
